RV & TENT SITES
Plus 10% tax. The maximum number of campers per RV and tent site is 8 people. Day of arrival check-in time is 11am. Day of departure check-out time is by 11am.

All deposits are refundable with a 45 day cancellation notice, less $15 cancellation fee.

RENTALS
A $250.00 deposit is required on all rentals. Maximum occupancy is six persons. Sorry, no exceptions.
 
Cancellations received 45 days or more days prior to arrival will result in a refund of your deposit less 50%. Payment in full is due 45 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation received less that 45 days prior to your arrival will  result in the loss of the entire cabin or trailer rental.
 
All rentals are no pets & no smoking.
 
Any excessive cleaning required after your departure, urine etc. will be charged to your credit card at the rate of $25 p/hr. Any damaged items will be charged at replacement cost.
 
Summer check-in 2pm, check-out 9:30am.

All rentals equipped with pots, pans, dishes, flatware, coffee machine, and a toaster. No bedding or other linens provided. Reservation deposit required. Upon arrival, deposit becomes security & cleaning deposit and will be kept totally or in part if trailer or contents are left dirty or damaged.
